In 2019, I opened Prompt Care with a passionate quest to make a difference in people’s lives. As the founder, I was also the manager and coordinator (and coffee maker!). As Prompt Care has grown exponentially, I have stepped up to become the CEO, ensuring the smooth running of our services and maintaining DSP and client satisfaction.

My name is Shana Gross, and I’m the Scheduling Coordinator.
I’ve always known how complicated and technical care can get. I am gratified to have a job that makes it easier for DSPs and clients to work together. I arrange and organize schedules to make all services, programs, meetings, and appointments fall into place. I cannot describe the joy I feel when I make another match between two people or a set of schedules. It’s magical.
That’s me, Rebecca Glatzer- proud to be the Payroll Manager.
That’s because Prompt Care is widely known for punctual payments. As the head of the finance department, I make sure that all of our awesome DSPs are paid right on time. When necessary, I also assist them with their clock-ins and clock-outs, so that they get paid exactly what they deserve. Our DSPs are the best, and they deserve the best!
Meet Cindy Taub, overseeing Family-Hired Support Payroll.
As part of Prompt Care's payroll team, I'm in charge of the payments for family-hired support. At Prompt Care, we are so happy to be able to fund the care that family members or friends provide. They care for the clients anyway, why shouldn't they get paid? I'm the one who gets the honor of managing and processing those payments. On time, of course.

My job is to audit all documents, verify information, and evaluate results in order to maintain high-quality services for the people we serve. It’s a big responsibility, but one I take on gladly so that our clients get only the best care and our DSPs are treated well.
